AFNAFPO ORGANIZATION
The AFNAFPO is divided into three customer-focused business centers
and one support unit.
Each of the business centers is subdivided into Strategic Business Units
(SBUs), which act like small self-directed business entities to deliver
products and services to the customer. Each business unit has goals
to maximize opportunities on behalf of the customer.
