PRIME VENDOR
The Services community, when using nonappropriated funds, purchases food and related products for both stateside and overseas through the AFNAFPO prime vendor program. This program represents multiple contracted vendors who provide service to specific bases within specific locations. Prices under this program are based on delivered costs plus a set fixed fee per product/item category.
